Because you are with me

I saw the Lord ever before me;
because he is at my right hand,
I will not be shaken. 

Therefore my heart is glad
and my tongue rejoices.

Moreover, my flesh will rest in hope,
because you will not abandon me in Hades
or allow your holy one to see decay. 

You have revealed the paths of life to me;
you will fill me with gladness
in your presence. (Acts 2:25-28)

Father, let me ever see you before me. 

It can be so easy to lose sight of you. To live in worry. To live in fear. To live in anger. 

But when I keep you in my sight, I can never be shaken. I can’t be shaken because I remember the hope I have in you. I remember the joy of just being in your presence. 

You’ve revealed the paths of life to me. So walk with me as I go down those paths. 

It is enough for me to know that you are with me.
